The 2018 Oregon Logging Conference (OLC) on February 22-24 will take place at the Lane County Convention Center and Fairgrounds in Eugene, Oregon. The Papé Group, Inc., has been part of the OLC since it began in 1938, and we’ve been a sponsor of the conference since 2009. Known as the Largest Logging Equipment Show West of the Mississippi, the Oregon Logging, Construction, Trucking & Heavy Equipment Expo features exhibitors, manufacturers and dealers from around the world, including representatives and equipment from the Papé Group of companies:

The Oregon Logging Conference will be held on Thursday and Friday, February 22-23, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, February 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition to sponsoring Friday’s breakfast, we will also hold a networking and customer appreciation reception on Thursday evening at the Valley River Inn.
This year at the OLC, we’ll have more than 30 pieces of equipment on display as well as a JDLink specialist available to explain the benefits of connected machines. We’ll also have our always-popular virtual reality booth, a Stihl chainsaw giveaway, and recruiting tables set up in the Expo Hall for those who want to learn more about career opportunities. We’ll even have a DOT Compliance Specialist conducting a Truck Inspection & Loading Demonstration at 12:15 p.m. daily.
In addition to all of these perks, Oregon Logging Conference attendees can earn up to 11 professional logger credits, hear from industry leaders and keynote speakers, watch or participate in the 9th annual log loader competition, check out beautiful chainsaw carvings at the wood carver event, and network at any of the social events held throughout the conference.
